We begin by mapping your sleep patterns in detail — when you sleep, how long, what wakes you, what your mind does. Most people are surprised by what the audit reveals.
Circadian rhythm
Your body runs on an internal clock that governs when you feel alert and when you feel sleepy. Modern life disrupts this clock constantly. We reset it through light exposure, meal timing, movement, and evening routine — the tools that actually move the dial.
Nutrition and blood sugar
Unstable blood sugar is one of the most common and overlooked drivers of broken sleep. We address what you eat, when you eat, and how it's affecting your nights.
Nervous system regulation
The racing mind, the inability to switch off, the wired-but-tired state — these are nervous system problems, not sleep problems. We address the root and build practical decompression tools into your evenings.

6 weekly sessions via video call
Each session is 60 minutes. We review the previous week, make adjustments, and move forward. The programme is cumulative — each session builds on the last.
Between-session check-ins
You have access to check-in support between sessions. Sleep disruption doesn't wait for your next appointment, and neither should the support.

By week six, you have a fully personalised sleep protocol — written, clear, and designed entirely around your body and your life.
