Most wellness changes fail not because the approach is wrong, but because there isn't enough time to let them become real. A two-week detox can't undo two decades of patterns. A single session can point you in the right direction, but it can't walk you there.
Three months can. Three months of weekly sessions, personalised guidance, honest accountability, and a plan that gets refined as we learn what works for your body and your life — that's where transformation stops being a word and starts being something you can feel.
This programme combines everything: mindset, habits, nutrition, sleep, movement, energy, and stress. We work through it together, one layer at a time, until the changes stop requiring effort and start feeling like who you are.
What we work on across 3 months
Month 1 — Foundation
We start by understanding you fully. Your history, your patterns, what's worked before, what hasn't, and why. Then we build your baseline — the small daily shifts that create the conditions for everything else. No dramatic overhauls. Just the right foundations, laid properly.
Month 2 — Momentum
With the basics working, we go deeper. We address the obstacles that always come up — the stressful weeks, the social pressures, the old habits that pull you back. We build resilience into your routine so it holds when life gets difficult, which it always does.
Month 3 — Integration
This is where it becomes yours. We refine what's working, release what isn't, and design a long-term approach that doesn't need me in it. You leave with a clear picture of who you are now and what keeps you well.

How it works
Free discovery call (30 minutes)
Before anything else, we talk. I want to understand where you are and what's brought you here. You'll have space to ask anything. If we're right for each other, we book your start date.
Weekly 60-minute sessions via video call
Every week, we review the previous week, address what's come up, and move forward. Sessions are structured but never rigid — we go where the work needs to go.
Between-session support
Voice note check-ins between sessions mean you're never stuck waiting a week to get unstuck. I'm available for short support messages throughout the programme.
Monthly reviews
At the end of each month we do a full review — what's shifted, what we're focusing on next, and what needs adjusting in your plan.
