That experience led me to slow down, reconnect, and redefine what wellness really means — not perfection, but balance, clarity, and living with intention.
Today, I help others create healthier, more grounded lives without waiting for burnout or overwhelm to force a change. Together, we focus on building habits, mindset, and routines that support lasting well-being from the inside out.
