We start with a conversation about where you are and what's brought you to this point. No agenda, no pressure.
6 sessions over 8 weeks
Sessions are 60 minutes, delivered fortnightly via video call. The slower pace is intentional — recovery takes time and space, not more intensity.
Between-session support
Email support between sessions means you can reach out when something comes up, not just at your next scheduled call.

At the end of the programme, you leave with a clear, practical plan for maintaining your recovery and protecting your energy going forward.
