How it works

Free discovery call (30 minutes)
We talk through your history with food, what you've tried, and what you want to feel like instead. No judgement, no agenda.

6 weekly sessions via video call
Each session is 60 minutes. We work through your patterns one layer at a time — never overwhelming, always moving forward.

Between-session support
You have access to message support between sessions so that the moments when things get hard — and they will — don't have to wait until the following week.

A personal food approach
By the end of the programme, you have a clear, simple approach to eating that is entirely yours — built around your body, your life, and your preferences.
