Most women come to private coaching after trying everything else. The diets, the self-help books, the apps, the group programmes. They know what they should be doing. They just can't make it stick. We meet weekly or fortnightly via video call. Each session is 60 minutes. Between sessions, you have access to voice note support so nothing stays stuck until our next call.

Step 1 — Discovery call (free, 30 minutes)
We talk through where you are, what you've tried, and what you're hoping to change. No pitch, no pressure. If we're a good fit, we move forward. If not, I'll tell you honestly.

Step 2 — Deep intake session
Your first full session is a thorough intake. We cover your history, your patterns, what's worked, what hasn't, and what your life actually looks like day to day. This shapes everything that follows.

Step 3 — Your personal protocol
Based on what we uncover, I design a practical approach built around your real life — your schedule, your preferences, your current capacity. No perfection required.

Step 4 — Weekly or fortnightly sessions
We meet consistently, track what's working, troubleshoot what isn't, and keep building. The support between sessions means nothing gets stuck.
